You don’t have to be a CCIM to become a member of the St. Louis CCIM Chapter! Our membership includes a diverse group of professionals from all facets of commercial real estate.
Designee Membership
Available to professionals who have successfully completed the CCIM coursework and earned the prestigious CCIM designation as well as continuing to pay the CCIM Institute annual dues.
Candidate Membership
Designed for individuals actively pursuing the CCIM designation. To be classified as a Candidate, you must hold Candidate membership with the CCIM Institute.
Affiliate Membership
Designed for commercial real estate practitioners, service providers, and businesses that are not pursuing the CCIM designation but wish to enjoy the benefits offered at the Chapter level.
Faculty or Student Membership
Available to full-time college students enrolled in a real estate program or instructors teaching CRE courses who want to expand their commercial real estate network.
Non-Resident
Member of another CCIM chapter elsewhere.
Transfer
Reside in an area outside of the Chapter.
Institute
The CCIM Institute CEO.
