St. Louis CCIM Chapter C1 103 Class Day 1

The CCIM St. Louis Chapter is proud to be the host of the CI 103 Class: User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate being held at the St. Louis REALTORS® office located at 12777 Olive Blvd., March 6 through March 9.

The CI 103 class is one of four classes in the CCIM National curriculum  – CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 and CI 104 offered by the chapter with two classes offered each year in the Spring and Fall. 

The Class is being presented by Jim Rosen, CCIM, Director and Walt Clements, CCIM of Clements Realty Advisors.  The class is comprised of 25 commercial professional students from the surrounding Metro St. Louis area, Osage Beach,  Missouri,  Kansas City, Missouri and Shiloh, Illinois.

The CCIM curriculum is designed to enhance one’s commercial career and deepen their knowledge with the comprehensive educational resources available from the CCIM Institute.
